What counts as an agent run?
One note picked up and worked to a result. Reading the page, pulling the sources and writing the draft is a single run, however many steps it takes. Runs that fail do not count.
Can we start free and move up later?
Yes, and nothing is re-imported. The pages, the notes and the version history you built on Free are the same objects on Team — you are only lifting the limits.
Where does our writing live?
In Frankfurt, Virginia or Sydney, whichever you choose on Business. Free and Team sit in Virginia. Nothing you write is used to train a model, on any plan.
Do agents need our source code?
Only the repositories you connect, and only the parts of them you point at. An agent can read a pull request title and diff without ever cloning the repo.
What happens when someone leaves?
Their notes stay where they were written, their name stays on them, and their seat frees up on the next invoice rather than at the end of the year.
Is there a discount for non-profits?
